Ways to Become More Transparent

Transparent communication is a Primal Management Group value, and many other teams embrace it as well. In a recent survey, almost 95 percent of customers who responded said that they would be more loyal to a product or service if it came from a company that was transparent. What’s more, three out of four said they would be willing to pay more for an offering if the business was open about its venture.

To maintain transparency with the public, we do the following:

  • Rating and Review Sites: Online reviews have become respected sources of information for most consumers. A recent survey conducted by Search Engine Land found that almost 90 percent of people searched for online reviews before making a purchase.
  • Social Media: Social media might be the most powerful mass communication tool ever created. It allows us to not only provide information, but discuss, amend, or refute it in real time.
  • Open Access to Information: In the Digital Age, we’ve become accustomed to having our questions answered within seconds of typing them into our devices. We consider what the public may want to know about the way Primal Management Group operates, and make sure that information is easy to find.

Teams that expect to be trusted by the public will want to employ these transparency tips. To see more of our pledge to ethics in action, check out Primal Management Group’s Newswire feed.
