In a recent survey, almost 95 percent of customers who responded said that they would be more loyal to a product or service if it came from a company that was transparent. What’s more, three out of four said they would be willing to pay more for an offering if the business was open about its venture.

- Open Access to Information: In the Digital Age, we’ve become accustomed to having our questions answered within seconds of typing them into our devices. We consider what the public may want to know about the way Primal Management Group operates, and make sure that information is easy to find.
